STUDENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to GigBag! These Terms and Conditions ensure a smooth and professional learning experience for all students. By enrolling in any course, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before beginning your classes. If you require this document in another language or have any questions, please contact TeachTribe OPC Pvt. Ltd. at contact@GigBag.info within 12 hours of receipt. Failure to do so will be considered an acknowledgment of understanding.
1. Customer Support:

2. CLASS POLICIES:
2.1 Punctuality & Class Decorum:
- Students must join classes only through GigBag LMS.
- Join on time to make the most of your session, as late arrivals will not extend the class duration.
- If a teacher is unable to join within 15 minutes, you may leave, and the class will be automatically rescheduled. While we strive to avoid such instances, it is rare for our teachers to miss a class.However, as immediate responses may not always be available in such situations, we kindly request you to wait for the class to be automatically rescheduled, without the need to call or send a message.
- Late arrivals will not extend the session duration.
- Uninformed absences will be counted as completed sessions.
- To avoid disruptions, test your class link and technical setup in advance.
- Class OTPs must be shared with the teacher only at the end of the session to ensure accurate tracking of class duration.
- If you need to cancel, kindly do so via LMS or WhatsApp at least 8 hours before the scheduled class to allow the teacher to adjust their schedule.
- Respectful and focused participation is expected. Follow the teacher’s instructions, avoid distractions, and maintain a positive learning environment.
2.2 Class Cancellation:
- Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance to prevent the session from being marked as attended.

2.4 Progress & Assignments:
- Active participation and timely completion of assignments are essential for consistent learning progress.
- Students are encouraged to review materials, practice regularly, and engage in dicussion to reinforce learning.
3. STUDENT CONDUCT & CONFIDENTIALITY:
3.1 Student Behavior:
- Students must maintain professionalism and respect during classes.
- Any misconduct, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination without a refund.
3.2 Confidentiality:
- GigBag will keep all student information, including contact details, strictly confidential.
- Students are prohibited from sharing personal details of instructors. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination without a refund.
3.3 Communication Guidelines:
- All communication should be conducted professionally through official GigBag channels only.
4. PERFORMANCE-BASED LEARNING:
- GigBag courses are performance-based, requiring students to actively participate and show improvement.
- To ensure quality learning, we ask students to submit feedback after every session.
- If a teacher’s performance is deemed unsatisfactory, GigBag will provide a replacement instructor to meet learning expectations. Students can always approach us anytime for any concerns or support.
5. CLASSROOM REQUIREMENTS:
- Students must ensure they have the necessary setup before the class (e.g., instrument, stable internet connection).
- Any disruptions due to technical issues on the student’s side may result in the session being marked as attended.
6. REFUND & SESSION TRANSFER POLICY:
- All fees are non-refundable.
- However, students may transfer their remaining sessions to another schedule within the same program, subject to approval.
7. NOTICES & OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION:
- All important updates and notifications will be sent only through GigBag’s authorized channels.
- Students must check their registered email/contact number and GigBag communication platforms regularly for any updates.
By enrolling in a GigBag course, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. GigBag reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and updated versions will be communicated through official channels.
